We want you to be happy with your purchase from Socii Coffee. If you find that a coffee you selected from the website is not matching its description, let us know so we can help figure out what the reason may be. Different people taste things differently and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing, and storage that can impact the flavor. 

Shipping Damage & Mistakes

Please open and inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If your shipment was damaged or you received incorrect coffee, please email info@sociicoffee.com with photos as soon as possible and we will take care of the issue. Damaged coffee must be reported within two weeks of delivery.
