Flavor Notes: sweet dried cherry, herbal, black pepper, cedar, med body.
Elevation: 1,600 meters
This coffee is fully washed, sun dried, and manually sorted before going through a three-day fermentation process that is broken up every 24 hours for washing. Unlike other estates, the Sigri technique continues by completely submerging the bean in water for one additional day, producing a superior coffee. Full, thick body with undertones of spice and orange on the finish.

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless expedited.
Our shipping charges are the charges supplied to us by UPS(United Parcel Service), which are added to your order in the shopping cart. During the checkout process we give you a list of shipping options specifically for your order. You decide if you want to spend more to get it there faster, knowing exactly how much it will cost.
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS)
UPS UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
UPS GROUND is the least expensive and takes from one to four working days to any destination in the continental United States.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT costs a little more than ground and guarantees delivery within three working days.
UPS SECOND DAY AIR is roughly three times the cost of Ground and takes two days to anywhere in the United States.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER costs a little less than Next Day Air, and still gets it there the next day, but by 5:00pm guaranteed.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR is roughly two times the cost of Second Day Air or six times the cost of Ground service; delivery guaranteed by noon.
LTL FREIGHT
Shipment of full bags to full pallets will ship by LTL freight. We contract our freight through Unishippers. We will select the best rate and time available. Please let us know if a lift gate is required for your shipment.
These shipments will be arranged with a representative from your company and ours and we will get rate approval and payment before shipping.
